Activities 

 

​March TBD: Commemorative Vietnam Pinning, Vietnam Veterans Memorial of Lorain County, located at 625 North Lake Street, Amherst, Ohio. Sign-in begins at 4 p.m. with the ceremony beginning at 5 p.m. 

​

March TBD: Commemorative Vietnam Pinning, American Legion Post 12, located at 393 Ohio Street, Elyria, Ohio. Sign-in will begin at

11 a.m., followed by a ceremony at 12 p.m. Lunch will be provided at a cost of $5 for non-veterans, while veterans will enjoy a complimentary meal. This event is proudly sponsored by the Elyria Council of Veterans and the Nathan Perry Chapter. For further details regarding this event, please contact, (419) 602-3792.  

      

​May TBD: Wreath laying at the Vietnam Memorial at 625 N. Lake Street, Amherst, Ohio. 5 p.m. sign-in and ceremony at 6 p.m.

 

Dec. 13: We have added three additional cemeteries for Wreaths Across America. Cemeteries include Elmwood Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery in Lorain, Ohio; Resthaven Memory Gardens in Avon; Fields in North Ridgeville, Ohio.
